Its bouquet reveals red berries, delicate spice nuances, and subtle oolong tea notes complemented by floral hints. On the palate, it delivers lively acidity, a gentle structure, and a persistent mineral finish with remarkable aromatic persistence. La Colline des Dames, meaning “Ladies Hill,” is a Pinot Noir from Frauenberg in Alsace, crafted through native yeast fermentation, semi-carbonic maceration, and matured in foudre."
