Vinification: "100% Whole-cluster pressing for Riesling and Gewurztraminer, partially de-stemmed for Pinot Gris, macerated for 8 months in various amphorae (sandstone for Gewurztraminer, clay for Pinot Gris), indigenous yeast fermentation, blended into clay amphorae and aged for 3 months, no added sulfur, unfiltered." 

Alcohol: 14.5% 

Certified organic and biodynamically grown. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites and vegan-friendly.
