The palate is well balanced with good substance, citrus-fresh with a tang of orange rind on the finish. A good, solid Bourgogne Blanc."

"(Roulot noted that 30 to 40% of the blend was raised in stainless steel). Here too there is a background smoky hint to the aromas of apple and pear along with a floral top note. The delicious and vibrant flavors aren't quite as dense but they're finer while exhibiting a touch of youthful austere on the citrusy finale. Drink: 2026+."
