Founded in 1996, Greg Norman Estates is a collection of fine wines sourced from stunning wine regions in California, New Zealand and Australia.  Greg Norman's time as a pro-golfer earned him the nickname The Great White Shark (hence the shark and shark fin on the label) and he has turned that same determination to the world of wine.  Greg Norman wines are known for being well-balanced and fruit forward with impressive structure, weight and length that are approachable on release.  They've received countless accolades from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast and have been a staple of their Top 100 lists.  One wine even earned itself a spot at Number 8 on the Top 100.   All the fruit is sourced from premium vineyards and they work with growers who are good land stewards.  Knights Valley has ideal growing conditions to produce remarkable Cabernet.  The 2021 Greg Norman Estates Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is layered and well-structured with grace and balance.  It has a firm backbone and tannins yet is elegant and approachable.  This Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of ripened berries, currants, expresso and oak spices.  It is delicious now, but will only gain more complexity with time.  Enjoy!
