Bottle Barn Barrel Select Eagle Rare. Picked in May of 2023. Chosen from four barrels of various warehouse locations. Picked for it's richness and hint of spice. Great body and finish. Aged over 11 years. A fine example, albeit a bit off-profile, of one of Buffalo Trace's premier bourbon's. 

Our Observations:

Nose:  Loaded with fruit... Apricot and orange. Alomond. Perfect amount of oak for it's age. 

Taste:  Smooth and rich, stone fruits with a touch of oak spice.

Alcohol: 45%/vol
