"The 2016 Block Series Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from vines planted in Maule in 1991. It fermented in small stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and matured in oak, 70% in foudre and the rest in barrel, for 12 months. It's balsamic and a touch minty, varietal with notes of camphor. It's quite classical, juicy and fresh, pleasant and easy to drink. A true Cabernet from granite soils from Maule. 26,000 bottles produced."
