"The NV (2014) Extra Brut Resonance is superb. Rich and ample on the palate, with terrific freshness and verve, the Resonance is another gorgeous and deeply expressive Champagne from Dominique Moreau. The orchard fruit, crushed stone and floral notes are beautifully focused throughout. The saline-drenched finish only adds to the wine's considerable appeal. This is an especially tense, vibrant style, even within the context of Moreau's wines. Disgorged in April 2017 with no dosage."
Farmed biodynamically and hand harvested, this wine is sourced from massale selection vines 35-40 years in age from a single parcel located in Polisot (Côte des Bars). The fruit for Resonance comes from the top of the slope where there is little topsoil.
Fermented in stainless steel using native yeasts for both fermentations, there was no dosage added at bottling and this wine was disgorged in June of 2017.
