"A blend of two distinct Single Blended Rums, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums. One rum was matured for 11 years entirely in Ex-Bourbon barrels, the second, matured for 5 years in Ex-Zinfandel barrels then aged for an additional 6 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels. All aging, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site, at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados."

"Aroma: Sawdust, nutmeg, cocoa butter, ripe bananas and Luxardo cherries. Red apples, cinnamon with a hint of moth balls. Has a sweet vermouth-ish profile. Marmalade, blueberries, dark chocolate and passion fruit. Very inviting, very Foursquare!

Palate: Maple syrup, chocolate brownie, canned plums, cayenne pepper, ginger bread and orange zest. Biscuits, almonds, walnuts, passion fruit and blackberries. Spicy and sweet! Hibiscus tea, cloves and sultanas.

Finish: Cayenne pepper, nuts and honey."
