Aged in a Blanton's barrel that we selected for our Single Barrel program. 

Our Observations:

Nose:  Bushels of fresh apples, oak, hint of vanilla. There is, surprisingly, baked apple too with pie crust and all. A very satisfying combination of fresh and cooked flavors leap form the glass.

Taste: Soft and pleasant on the palate. Vanilla and apples. Really easy drinking.

Alcohol: 40%/vol
