"This champagne has a beautiful pale yellow colour. Floral notes, hawthorn, mixed with fresh white fruit, pear, apple and a few notes of angelica, blackcurrant, and redcurrant to express freshness.

One can immediately taste the youthful flavour of this wine despite its full-bodied character. Pear and ripe white peach flavours are married with blood orange and grapefruit until the fairly long-drawn-out finish.

This easy-drinking Champagne can be a pleasant accompaniment to your aperitif but also goes well with white fish or oysters from the Thau lagoon."
