Winemaker Notes: 

"This wine is both delicious and sauvignon blanc, for me an unusual coincidence, and thus a triumph of truth over prejudice.  It's object is to be as satisfying as it is, delight the jaded, and go well with anything white wine goes well with.  That said, we may not be able to produce another, and this time there's only a little over 100 cases, so, perditus qui haesitat, who hesitates is lost, and what a shame it is in this case, over a wine so good that if you didn't like it, you might consider therapy."
