"Bright lemon-lime aromas drive the nose of this refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is clean and tight, vibrating with acid and flavors of pithy citrus mélange and hints of white flowers and chalk before a mouthwatering finish loaded with acid. Perfect for Hamachi crudo." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"This bright example of Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of citrus, green apple with a hint of exotic fruit. The wine’s mouthfeel is focused with a clean and crisp finish.

The grapes were handpicked and pressed whole cluster. It was fermented cold and aged in stainless steel tank for 5 months to preserve its bright varietal character. The wine was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation to soften the naturally high acidity."
