"The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc displays delightful floral aromas that include notes of lemongrass, passion fruit and pippin apples. The fruitiness continues with the first sip, followed by good texture and zesty acidity. 

It shows its Dry Creek Valley origins in the inviting aromas it displays, a wonderful entwining of floral notes and citrus elements with hints of green apple. The flavors of fresh fruit with zesty acidity come from the cool tank fermentation, while an appealing depth is the result of the barrel fermented portion."
