Bright strawberry and subdued tanned leather and shiitake mushroom notes, combined with the soft balancing act of the earth tones and light tannins, create a sensational easy drinkin' Pinot. Put a rack of lamb with an herb mustard marinade on the freshly-dusted-off-grill and serve with cabbage green goddess salad! Never a more welcomed change of season, amiright?
