"Our 3rd vintage of this traditional "mixed blacks" grape. Alicante's dark color and intense fruit helped it rise to prominence in Portugal. Likewise, throughout California's history, Alicante has played a supporting role to Zinfandels and many mixed blacks vineyards. Inky dark in the glass, with dark fruit and plush tannins on the finish."
