"Monsieur Ente’s 2020 Bourgogne Blanc is a lovely bottle, coming in at 12.9 percent octane and offering up a bright and stylish nose of apple, tart orange, chalky soil tones, spring flowers and a whisper of vanillin oak.  On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and pure, with a good core, zesty acids and fine focus and grip on the long and classy finish.  A fine, fine example. (Drink between 2024-2040)."
