A blend of 81% Woolard Merlot, 12% Woolard Malbec and 7% Stemach Petite Verdot. Aged in 25% new and 75% used French oak barrels for 21 months. Deep purple-red color with a dark fruit nose with hints of root beer. The balanced flavors of bright dark fruit/Santa Rosa plum medley with a smooth cranberry finish and nuances of white pepper and milk chocolate envelopes your senses.
