About the Wine: 

"Roselito is a rosé wine produced in Ribera del Duero by Bodegas Antidoto in San Esteban de Gormaz, Soria. The winery was founded by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. Bertrand Sourdais is one of the founders of Dominio de Atauta and has shaped his career in great wineries such as Alvaro Palacios and Château Mouton Rothschild in Burdeos. 

The old vineyards of the winery are cultivated ecologically and are located in one of Ribera de Duero’s coolest areas, 1000 metres above sea level in the Soria province. 

The Roselito is made with Tempranillo and Albillo grapes from old vines in the area. The two varieties are pressed immediately and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks. Roselito is a rosé wine with the soul of a white."
