"Deep, dark ruby in color, this wine presents aromas of hearty blackberry, earth, and tobacco notes. The complex yet elegant full-bodied palate consists of black plum, anise, and pomegranate with subtle hints of toasted caramel and raw cocoa. Big, rich concentrated black fruit flavors are supported by medium, yet firm tannins and framed by the mild, toasty oak. This wine will continue to  develop over time and is suited to long aging."
