"The wine has a deep, rich cranberry color and displays aromas of sweet, Bing cherries and raspberry which it gets from Dijon clone 667, with plum and a touch of earthy character from the Pommard clone. The flavors are rich, with dark fruit, balanced acidity and a bit of toasty oak being the dominating themes. This wine is medium bodied with refreshing flavors and fine-grained, soft tannins, and a finish that is long and flavorful. Its rich array of flavors and aromas will age gracefully and become more complex over the next several years, if you can wait that long!"
