Owned and made by Jason Kesner, also full-time winemaker at Kistler, we have to say that we think the Kesner offerings are outstanding for the price and to me, always show clarity in the glass. This rich 2012 Chard coming from the famed Russian River Valley Bacigalupi Vineyard is sophisticated and offers complex notes of honey soaked pear balanced with mineral notes and toasted hazelnut. It is one of our favorite Russian River Valley Chardonnays each year, especially this 2012 vintage.
