"This is Ganevat's dip into Burgundy, declassified as it is aged and bottled outside the region. All fruit from the Macon is aged two years in foudre (large oak barrels).  Notes of green apple skin, crushed stones, beeswax, and pollen dominate the wine’s zesty, saline-driven palate. Simply delicious."
