"(this wine and the Aux Echézeaux represent roughly one-third of the estate's production): Good dark red. Cool, minty aromas and flavors of black cherry, medicinal herbs and minerals. High-pitched, suave and firmly built; a bit lean initially but became plusher with aeration, finishing with good breadth and length and rich tannin"
