"The 2014 Extra Brut Eloquence is a gorgeous wine. Bright, focused and incredibly crystalline, the 2014 needs time in bottle to relax a bit. Even so, it is extremely beautiful, even in the early going, with plenty of citrus, saline and floral character. I imagine the 2014 will always remain taut and energetic. Like all of Dominique Moreau's best wines, the 2014 Eloquence is memorable. Zero dosage. Disgorged: April 2018."
