Winemaker Notes: 

"Our Cabernet is sourced from Atwood Ranch, a 20-acre vineyard that supports organic and sustainable farming. It is on the site of one of the oldest vineyards in Sonoma. We pick our Cabernet block earlier than most for a distinctly old-world, lower alcohol style and a more lively, food-friendly wine. Fermented 50% whole cluster, the wild dark berry fruit mingles with cedar tobacco spice. It was aged for 20 months in neutral oak puncheons to preserve the vitality of fresh fruit character and subtle earthy aromatics."
