According to Vinous, this wine is “Vivid ruby-red. Dark berries, black pepper and licorice on the perfumed nose, with a smoky mineral nuance adding vivacity. Tangy acidity gives spine to the bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors, with a suave floral note emerging with aeration. The mineral-driven finish is focused and very long, with a hint of bitter cherry and fine-grained tannins.”
