 This whiskey was barreled on 04/28/2009 and bottled on 03/17/2021. It was stored in Rickhouse: V Floor: 3. The lower, cooler floor led to a slower maturation and yielded considerably more whiskey than similar aged single barrels. On the nose are aromas of warm, toasty oak and vanilla and a delicate hint of baking spices. The body is smooth and balanced with a good finish.
