"The 2018 vintage is especially bright and exciting. Pale salmon in color, this is the most romantic of the Iron Horse bubblies. Stately in quality; festive in feel with effusive notes of raspberry and zesty lemon accented with graham cracker and fresh ginger, picking up creamy and spicy notes along the way to a long finish. 

Pale Salmon in color with lively bubbles and Mousse. The 2018 Wedding Cuvée has a great raspberry aromas, followed by strawberry and a touch of lemon zest. Great red fruit flavors on the front palate that extend to the mid palate, followed by a burst of red apple and creaminess leading to a grapefruit finish with amazing texture throughout."
