"A lovely nose of candied fruit and spice expresses plenty of freshness. The palate has a roundness of texture with a mineral thrust from the underlying flint-inflected quince and apple fruit. Although coming from a ripe vintage, this wine has a delightfully breezy freshness to it and will go the distance."

"Serious complexity in this Chenin Blanc.  Fresh golden apple at first, then pear, apricot jam and white pepper that carries throughout nicely.  Gorgeous herbal notes on the mid palate, gliding to a long, salty, crushed stone finish."
