"The 2019 Pinot Gris The Eyrie is scented of warm apples, citrus and exotic spices. The palate is lovely, textural and intense, with delicate flavors that gain intensity on the long, juicy finish. There's always a special quality and unique character to this Eyrie Pinot Gris." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"The grapes come from the first Pinot Gris vines planted in the New World, and Eyrie Vineyard’s has given special attention in order to pay homage to these old vines. The wine is light gold in color, with crunchy apple and a touch of Asian spice coming through on the front palate. A creamy midpalate and a polished finish complete the experience."
