"From what proprietor Laurence Feraud terms a "lighter" year, the 2021 Cotes du Rhone Villages Cuvee Setier is a striking success, boasting layers of mulberry, cassis and blueberry fruit. A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah, it's medium to full-bodied, silky and fine, with a long, dustily tannic finish that practically demands red meat."
"A concentrated nose of cassis, licorice, black cherry and tar, with ripe, well-structured tannins, intense fruit, and a long, lingering finish."
