What We Think: Sonoma County Cabernet has turned the corner and is now a seriously viable alternative to the very pricey world of Napa Cabernet. Here is a perfect example, a stylish elegant Cab with concentrated fruit layered with Blackberry, Mocha and Currant. Just delicious!

Noteworthy Facts: Mazzocco Winery was originally started by Dr. Tom Mazzocco, a Southern California Eye Surgeon. He flew his own plane from Van Nuys to Healdsburg every weekend to run the winery. The Wilson Family now owns the winery.
