Nose: Crispy smoked bacon, bacon rashers, caramelized demerara sugar.

Palate: Cloves, mulled wine, chorizo, smoked paprika, caramel.

Finish: Spearmint, soft peat smoke, fudge.

Alcohol: 52.4%
