We will be open tomorrow, Monday, May 25th, 2020 our regular pick-up hours from 10am to 4pm. Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Please note due to extreme heat we will be shipping out all orders placed Friday, 5/22 through Thursday, 5/28 on Friday, 5/29.

Attention Locals: Curbside Pick-Up will be available beginning Friday, May 8th! We thank you for your patience and support throughout the past few weeks. There are a few important things to note in order to make your pick-up order a success:

1. All orders must be placed online ahead of time, selecting Curbside Pick-Up at checkout. We will be unable to process orders at the door or by phone at this time. To see Curbside Pick-Up as an option at checkout you must put in a Northern California shipping address. You could even put in our store address if you are not comfortable putting your own!

2. You must have received an email saying "Order is on the way or ready for pick-up". Your confirmation email just confirms we have received your order, not that it is ready. Please wait for this second email before arriving.  If you have not received your second email within a few business hours you can reply to your confirmation to see if it is ready.
Orders are typically ready within a few hours and must be picked-up within 48 hours unless you have made special arrangements otherwise. All unclaimed orders will be cancelled and refunded.
3. The contact-free pick-up zone will be open from 10am to 4pm daily. Please wear a mask upon arrival and adhere to social distancing practices. You will be able to walk up to the big door to the right of the entrance, tell us your name or order number and we will bring the order to you.
4. We will continue adding new products online daily, and thank you for your patience as our selection grows. For now the only things that are available are what you see online, but over the coming days and weeks more of our inventory will be added.

Thank you all for your continued support and patience at this time! We understand that many of you are eager for store pick-up and we wanted to offer more details on when we estimate this will be available.

At the moment, our team is daily fulfilling and shipping out online orders as well as those placed through Drizly. In addition to this, we have begun installing a brand new point of sale system never before seen at the Barn! This will not only allow us to offer curbside pick up, but will significantly expand our online offerings. We currently estimate this new system will be live as of mid-May, and will be sharing more updates as that date approaches. 

For those who are interested, we encourage you to subscribe to our emails and follow us on social media as we will be publishing updates there. Not interested in either? Reach out to us directly and we will add you to a private list to be notified when curbside pick-up is available.

Although we miss you all in store and are heartbroken by the situation, we are thankful for this opportunity to make a major technological upgrades in order to improve the customer experience. Today and always, we thank you for choosing Bottle Barn and hope to continue to serve you for years to come.

UPDATE: Local shipping rates now available! We have updated our shipping prices to better serve our community and will continue to offer new services as they become available.

We remain closed for store pick-ups but are working on a major project to both make curbside pick-up possible as well as offer more products online. Stay tuned for more on this later!

UPDATE: Select spirits now available online to ship within California only! We will continue adding new products when possible and fulfilling online orders as quickly as we can. 

Our Santa Rosa store remains closed for curbside pick-ups and we will share updates as soon as more ways to shop become available. We thank you for your patience at this time.

UPDATE: While our Santa Rosa store remains closed, our team is continuing to fulfill online wine orders as quickly as possible and new products are being added daily.

At this time wine can only be ordered online to be shipped, or like beer and spirits through Drizly for local delivery. We plan to launch spirits online as well soon and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Beginning tomorrow, March 22nd we will resume delivering select wine, beer and spirits locally through the mobile app DrizlyOur Drizly delivery radius extends a few miles from the Santa Rosa store. For more information, click here.

Please note that our store remains closed to pick-ups at this time. Wine can be purchased online for shipment and spirits will likely be be available there soon too. If you don't see something you're interested in, let us know.

UPDATE: We have resumed online operations and will continue to send out orders at this time. Due to a decrease in staff members there may be a slight delay but rest assured we will get your wine to you as soon as possible.

Please note for the safety of our employees there is no in store pick-up available at this time, for wine, beer or spirits.

It is with heavy hearts we announce the closure of our Santa Rosa store at 6pm today in order to prevent the unnecessary spread of COVID-19. All online orders placed by 1pm PST today will be fufilled, and while we will still be accepting orders thereafter they may not be fulfilled until we determine it is safe to reopen. 

We thank you all for understanding, and for supporting small businesses at this time. Please take all necessary precautions to protect yourself and others, and stay home when you can. If you have any questions you may email us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can continue to support local businesses like ours closing for public safety reasons by purchasing online gift cards to use at a future date.
